Customers, suppliers, external collaborators, and other third parties are not authorized, under any circumstances, to use the GreenKar Technical Service trademark. Therefore, no licenses, concessions, or authorizations are foreseen, not even those limited to individual media or specific periods.
The prohibition includes the reproduction, copying, extraction, adaptation, modification, dissemination and affixing of the trademark, even when it is taken from offers, inspection reports, websites or other documents issued or published by GreenKar Technical Service.
GreenKar Technical Service brand cannot be used on, for example:
- on products, vehicles, components, packaging, plates, labels or markings;
- on letterhead, forms, invoices, shipping documents, business cards, email signatures or other Customer documents;
- on websites, social profiles, brochures, catalogues, presentations, advertisements or commercial communications;
- on declarations, certificates, attestations, reports or other documents prepared by the Customer;
- in any form that may suggest a corporate relationship with GreenKar Technical Service, a Customer accreditation status, or an approval, certification, or homologation issued by GreenKar Technical Service.
The full and unmodified reproduction of an inspection report issued by GreenKar Technical Service does not constitute a license to use the trademark and does not authorize the Customer to extract it, reproduce it separately or use it on other media.
The Customer may only cite the company name GreenKar Technical Service Srl, in a truthful and textual form, to identify the Body that performed a specific inspection, without reproducing its trademark and without extending the reference to different activities or objects.
Internal use of the ACCREDIA accreditation mark
Use of the ACCREDIA accreditation mark and the textual reference to accreditation is reserved for GreenKar Technical Service and is governed by ACCREDIA Regulation RG-09. GreenKar Technical Service may use them only for activities within the accredited scope.
The concession applies solely to GreenKar Technical Service Srl, as the legal entity holding the accreditation, and the locations included in the relevant scope. The trademark and reference to the accreditation cannot be transferred to affiliated companies, customers, suppliers, or other third parties.
GreenKar Technical Service uses exclusively the mark intended for accredited entities, specific to the INSPECTION scheme and complete with the five-digit accreditation number.
On documents, the accreditation mark is positioned consistently with the graphic structure, without dominating the GreenKar Technical Service trademark and without suggesting that ACCREDIA issued the document. Proportions, legibility, and correct graphic composition are always maintained.
Inspection reports issued for activities within the scope of accreditation display the ACCREDIA mark specific to the INSPECTION scheme or a reference to accreditation. Reports that also include non-accredited activities are clearly identified as not accredited by ACCREDIA or not covered by accreditation.
On letterhead, commercial, promotional, or informational documents, price lists, price lists, quotes, offers, websites, and social media, the trademark or reference may only be used when the accredited activities are clearly identified and distinguished from those not accredited. If the media does not include any accredited activities, use is not permitted.
The ACCREDIA mark is not affixed to business cards, identification badges, staff email signatures, internal management system documents, or assessment reports other than inspection reports.
GreenKar Technical Service also reports to ACCREDIA any improper use or abuse of the accreditation mark or logo of which it becomes aware.
The mark and reference to accreditation must not be used in such a way as to imply that ACCREDIA assumes responsibility for the inspections or their results, or approves vehicles, components, objects, services or assessments of GreenKar Technical Service.
Prohibition of use of trademarks by Customers
The Customer is strictly prohibited from using either the GreenKar Technical Service mark or the ACCREDIA accreditation mark, without exception and regardless of the medium or purpose of such use.
The ban applies to all media, including products, vehicles, components, packaging, labels, markings, letterhead, forms, invoices, shipping documents, websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, presentations, email signatures, and business cards.
In particular, the Customer :
- may not extract, copy or reproduce separately the GreenKar Technical Service trademark or the ACCREDIA accreditation mark present in offers, inspection reports or other documents issued by GreenKar Technical Service;
- may not use the accreditation reference as his/her title, qualification or attestation;
- cannot present the inspection as a certification, homologation or approval issued by ACCREDIA;
- may not extend the content or outcome of a report to objects, models, variants, batches, locations or activities other than those actually inspected;
- may not grant or transfer to third parties any rights to use the trademarks.
GreenKar Technical Service inspection report is permitted only in its entirety, unmodified, and clearly traceable form to the original document. Such reproduction does not constitute a license to use the GreenKar Technical Service and ACCREDIA accreditation mark and does not authorize their separate use.
Any textual citation of the name GreenKar Technical Service Srl is permitted only to correctly identify the body that performed a specific inspection. The citation cannot contain trademarks, attribute the Client with accredited status, or present the inspection as certification, approval, or certification by ACCREDIA.
Inspection reports
Inspection reports issued by GreenKar Technical Service for activities included in the accreditation scope bear the ACCREDIA mark specific to the INSPECTION scheme or the reference to the accreditation, according to RG-09.
If a report also includes non-accredited inspection activities, these are indicated with the wording “inspections not accredited by ACCREDIA” or “inspections not covered by accreditation”, placed next to the relevant activity or referred to with an asterisk.
The mark does not appear on reports that contain exclusively unaccredited or suspended activity.
The ACCREDIA mark shall not be more prominent than the GreenKar Technical Service mark or letterhead, nor shall it be positioned in such a way as to suggest that ACCREDIA issued the report or approved the inspected item.
The ACCREDIA mark or accreditation reference is affixed to reports exclusively by GreenKar Technical Service, using document templates checked and approved by the Organization.
The Customer may not add logos, trademarks, wording or graphic elements to the reports issued by GreenKar Technical Service, nor modify their content or layout.
Reproduction of the report is permitted only in its entirety and unmodified form. The GreenKar Technical Service trademark and the ACCREDIA accreditation mark may not be extracted from the report, reproduced separately, or used on other media.
Partial reproductions or extracts of reports bearing the trademarks are not permitted unless they are prepared and issued directly by GreenKar Technical Service.
Checks and inspections
GreenKar Technical Service Srl verifies compliance with this Regulation during inspections, by examining the material made public by the Customer and through any other checks deemed necessary.
ACCREDIA can carry out any checks it deems necessary to ensure the correct use of its trademark and accreditation references.
GreenKar Technical Service may arrange extraordinary inspections, even at short notice and with the participation of representatives of ACCREDIA, Authorities, or other authorized bodies, when necessary to verify compliance with the conditions of use.
Customer Obligations
By accepting the offer, the Customer acknowledges the provisions of these Regulations as contractual conditions and undertakes to comply with them.
The Customer acknowledges that GreenKar Technical Service Srl uses the GreenKar Technical Service trademark under a specific license and that ownership of the logo and accreditation marks belongs to ACCREDIA. The Customer is not authorized to use either trademark.
The Customer must monitor the use made by its employees, collaborators and suppliers and immediately report to GreenKar Technical Service Srl any unauthorized or potentially deceptive use of which it becomes aware.
Upon request from GreenKar Technical Service Srl , the Customer must correct or remove without delay the trademarks and references to accreditation from any media, including websites, social media, brochures, advertising and electronic documentation.
Incorrect use of trademarks and references to accreditation
Use is considered improper when it violates these Regulations or ACCREDIA requirements. For example, improper use includes:

- the distorted, incomplete, illegible or chromatically non-compliant reproduction of the trademarks;
- GreenKar Technical Service documents or its use via stamps, pre-printed templates or unauthorized automatic systems;
- the modification, partial reproduction or misleading presentation of inspection reports.
Suspension or termination of accreditation
In the event of suspension, even partial, of accreditation, GreenKar Technical Service Srl will cease use of the ACCREDIA mark and reference to accreditation for the entire period in question on new reports relating to the suspended activities or scheme.
Suspended activities are clearly identified as not covered by accreditation in other media where the accreditation status is referenced.
In the event of revocation, renunciation, expiration, or termination of accreditation, GreenKar Technical Service will immediately and permanently cease use of the ACCREDIA mark and any reference to accreditation for the scheme or field in question and will remove it from documents and media in use.
The Customer must cease all communications that present a suspended or terminated accreditation status and must implement the instructions sent by GreenKar Technical Service Srl without delay.
Any suspension or termination of accreditation does not allow retroactive modification of inspection reports issued during the validity period; however, subsequent uses that may present an accreditation status that is no longer valid as current are prohibited.
Measures and sanctions
In the event of non-compliant use, GreenKar Technical Service Srl may adopt, depending on the nature and severity of the violation, one or more of the following measures:
- request for correction or removal within a defined timeframe;

The adoption of such measures shall not prejudice GreenKar Technical Service’s right to compensation for any damages and to recover the expenses incurred. For any dispute, GreenKar Technical Service Srl ‘s General Contract Conditions apply, and the Court of Rome has exclusive jurisdiction.
